Orientation review: Modern, well-kept, welcoming and elegant, in the center of Trieste, in a quiet and elegant area. The rooms and apartments are equipped (air conditioning, LCD TV 24-32 inches, free wifi), comfy, well appointed and clean. Great breakfast, varied and abundant and with several fresh produce. Parking garage for parking. The staff also welcomed me.

2. Al Granzo

Orientation review: The residence is in the center about 100 meters from the seafront and about 500 meters from the beautiful Piazza Unità d'Italia in Trieste. Residences are more or less large depending on the needs, however cozy, spacious and comfortable (air conditioning in almost all apartments, free wifi, 18-22 inch lcd tv). Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Good availability and courtesy of the managers.

3. Affittacamere Girasole

Orientation review: Just off the center of Trieste (about 1km), near the Botanical Garden. The guest house is in a beautiful eighteenth century building. The rooms are spacious, simple, welcoming and clean. Parking is possible on adjacent roads. Good reception from the managers.

Orientation review: The bed and breakfast has renovated, well-kept, well-furnished and clean rooms, about 900 meters (10 minutes on foot) from the central station and the center of Trieste. The rooms are comfortable (beds with hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows, free wifi, 26-40 inch LCD TV, fans, tea and coffee making facilities), comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, varied and of quality. Excellent welcome from the managers.

5. Alla Casa Sconta

Orientation review: In a near suburban area (about 3 km from the center) of Trieste. The bed and breakfast is run by very friendly and welcoming people who give a family atmosphere to the property. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Outside a well maintained garden for relaxation. Good breakfast for variety and quality.

Orientation review: The bed and breakfast is about 2 km from the center of Trieste in the station area (about 800 meters). The apartment is not brand new, but functional and well maintained. Orientation review: The bed and breakfast is about 1 km from Piazza Unità d'Italia on the hill of San Giusto di Trieste. The area is quiet and the house has been recently renovated. At your disposal a mini-apartment, well-kept, well furnished, welcoming and clean. Indoor parking and beautiful garden. Good breakfast. Good reception by the owners.

Orientation review: Close to Trieste Station (about 250 meters) and about 350 meters from the sea, Affittacamere is in an old, cozy, clean and well-kept building. Simple, spacious, functional and clean rooms. Shared, clean and functional bathroom (three in total). Good reception and staff helpful.

9. La Culla Di Trieste

Orientation review: A newly built villa about 3 km from the center of Trieste and 700 meters. from the Cattinara hospital. Spacious, clean rooms (with comfortable bed) and tastefully decorated. Big bathroom. Breakfast is good, even with homemade cakes. Private parking. Quiet area. Available and courteous managers.

10. Villa Dream House Sul Mare

Orientation review: The villa with garden and swimming pool (4x10 mt. With trampoline) is just 30 meters from the beach and about 11 km (20 minutes drive) from the center of Trieste. The rooms have sea view with terrace. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious, clean and have large windows overlooking the sea and garden. At about 200 meters there is a restaurant and a public transport stop. Good availability of the owners.

11. Le Ortensie Di Via Rossetti

Orientation review: The bed and breakfast is in a large villa (third floor), about 1 km. from the center of Trieste (about 20 minutes on foot), indoor parking. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Comfy, functional and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is good for quality and quantity. Great welcome from the owners and good value for money.

Orientation review: The hotel is in the center of Trieste, about 50 meters from the Grand Canal, 700 from Piazza Unità d'Italia and about 600 meters from the station. The exterior is not brand new, but the interiors are refurbished, elegant and well finished. Great breakfast. The welcoming (not very large) rooms, clean, with lcd tv (24-32 inches), free wifi and ceiling fans. There are rooms with or without bathroom. Excellent reception and manager availability. Parking nearby at a charge. Good value for money.
