Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Good availability and courtesy of the managers.

Orientation review: A newly built villa about 3 km from the center of Trieste and 700 meters. from the Cattinara hospital. Spacious, clean rooms (with comfortable bed) and tastefully decorated. Big bathroom. Breakfast is good, even with homemade cakes. Private parking. Quiet area. Available and courteous managers.

Orientation review: The Hotel is in the central area about 200 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia in Trieste. The rooms are nicely decorated, stylish, clean and equipped (air conditioning, free wifi and lcd tv). Great breakfast for quality and quantity. Great staff and treatment.

Orientation review: Just off the center of Trieste (about 1km), near the Botanical Garden. The guest house is in a beautiful eighteenth century building. The rooms are spacious, simple, welcoming and clean. Parking is possible on adjacent roads. Good reception from the managers.

Orientation review: The bed and breakfast has renovated, well-kept, well-furnished and clean rooms, about 900 meters (10 minutes on foot) from the central station and the center of Trieste. The rooms are comfortable (beds with hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows, free wifi, 26-40 inch LCD TV, fans, tea and coffee making facilities), comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, varied and of quality. Excellent welcome from the managers.

Orientation review: Close to Trieste Station (about 250 meters) and about 350 meters from the sea, Affittacamere is in an old, cozy, clean and well-kept building. Simple, spacious, functional and clean rooms. Shared, clean and functional bathroom (three in total). Good reception and staff helpful.

11. Villa Dream House Sul Mare

Orientation review: The villa with garden and swimming pool (4x10 mt. With trampoline) is just 30 meters from the beach and about 11 km (20 minutes drive) from the center of Trieste. The rooms have sea view with terrace. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious, clean and have large windows overlooking the sea and garden. At about 200 meters there is a restaurant and a public transport stop. Good availability of the owners.

12. Nuovo Albergo Centro

Orientation review: The hotel is in the center of Trieste, about 50 meters from the Grand Canal, 700 from Piazza Unità d'Italia and about 600 meters from the station. The exterior is not brand new, but the interiors are refurbished, elegant and well finished. Great breakfast. The welcoming (not very large) rooms, clean, with lcd tv (24-32 inches), free wifi and ceiling fans. There are rooms with or without bathroom. Excellent reception and manager availability. Parking nearby at a charge. Good value for money.
