Orientation review: Located in central Milan, just steps from the Teatro alla Scala and the Duomo. Opened in 1959 it is run by four generations of the Gallia family, who with the experience, can offer a high quality of service. The restaurant is great, with good food and good value for money. Good breakfast. Excellent cleanliness, comfortable, stylish and equipped (air conditioning, LCD TV 32-46 inches, paid wifi). very courteous and friendly staff.

2. Residence Settecupole

Orientation review: In Milan fair area, tastefully furnished apartments, spacious and clean (available with one, two or three rooms with free WiFi, LCD TV and air conditioning). friendly and helpful reception.

3. Hotel Kennedy

Orientation review: Cheap 1 star hotel in downtown Milan (not brand new palace) at about 50 meters from Corso Buenos Aires and about a 30 minute walk from the Duomo. Rooms in satisfactory condition / improvable, but decent and functional (free wifi). Good availability and kindness of the staff.

4. Aparthotel Casa Mia

Orientation review: In the center of Milan. The rooms and apartments are elegant, welcoming (24-32 inch LED TV, air conditioning, free wifi), spacious and clean. Kitchenette, coffee machine and breakfast items. Excellent welcome from the managers. Good value for money.

5. Hotel Berlino

Orientation review: In the center of Milan, a short distance from the Castle and the main places of the historic center (easily reachable by tram and metro). Comfortable, clean and well-equipped rooms (air conditioning, Sky LCD TV and free wifi). The breakfast is buffet style, varied and plentiful. Discounted parking for a fee. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

6. Av Boutique Hotel

Orientation review: The hotel is a FEW steps (about 200 meters) from Milan's central station. Clean, WELCOMING (free wifi, air conditioning and 24-32 inch LED TV) and comfortable rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

7. Residence Cascina Gobba

Orientation review: In the north area of Milan at 100 meters (opposite edge of town) to the metro and 20 minutes walk from the Hospital San Raffaele. The apartments are in a beautiful house, cleaning is good, the beds comfortable enough (air conditioning, free WiFi and LCD TV) and the furnishings are simple but functional. Staff helpful and friendly (not present but reachable via mobile phone).

8. Hotel Greco

Orientation review: Located in the north of Milan in the Bicocca university area (about 3 km) and close to the Maggiore hospital (about 10 km). An economic and functional accommodation, with simple and clean rooms. There is an 18-24 inch LCD TV in the room, air conditioning, free wifi. Good breakfast, continental. Friendly and helpful staff.

9. Bogart

Orientation review: A small and cozy hotel in a '900 villa about 15 minutes from the Rho Pero (metro station 5 minutes walk). The interiors are not brand new. Good continental breakfast, with quality products and abundant. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathrooms are generally comfortable with good shower. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Easy parking in the adjacent streets.

10. Ritter

Orientation review: Located in the city center near the historic Brera district about 20 minutes walk from the Duomo and 150 meters from the Moscova metro stop. Recently renovated hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with king-size bed, 18-22-inch LCD TV, free wifi and air conditioning. Bathrooms not very large but functional. The breakfast buffet is good and varied. The reception and availability of the staff is good.

Orientation review: In the central area of Milan, about 300 meters (5 minutes on foot) from the Central Station, a few steps from the Centrale metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable (air conditioning, 24-50 inch LCD TV, free wifi). Good breakfast, varied and plentiful. Welcoming and helpful staff

12. Ca' Grande

Orientation review: Located in Piazzale Loreto area, simple but comfortable and clean. Personal and very friendly owners. Breakfast simple but with quality products. The breakfast is served in warm periods the outdoor veranda overlooking a beautiful garden. Excellent value for money.

Orientation review: Near the Crocetta metro station and about 15 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo. Quality 3-star hotel, with new rooms, clean and elegantly furnished (air conditioning, 18/26 inch LCD TV, Sky, free wifi). Breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. The reception of the staff is excellent.

14. Hotel Arno

Orientation review: About 10 minutes walk from Milan Central Station, 30 minutes from the Duomo and 5 minutes from the M2 and M3 metro stops. 1-star hotel on the fourth floor (the elevator is not very spacious), the rooms are not very large, but cozy and clean (18-32 inch LCD TV, free wifi and double windows). Bathrooms sufficiently comfortable. Friendly and hospitable staff.

Orientation review: In the central area of Milan, about 6 km from the Duomo and 2 from Fieramilanocity. Some rooms have private bathroom and others shared. They are nonetheless cozy (18-24 LCD TV ", free wifi), simple but clean and spacious. There is coffee and tea. Close to public transport links. Courteous and helpful staff.

Orientation review: In a quiet and central area, very well connected by metro or tram. The Hotel is very nice and has rooms that are not very large, but cozy, clean and well furnished. Good sweet savory breakfast and also with fresh products. The staff's ones are available and friendly. Parking space available.
