Orientation review: Large structure (not brand new) with sea view, surrounded by greenery, with half Olympic size swimming pool and well-baby seal. The sea is about 8 km. and there is an efficient shuttle service. The rooms are spacious (30 to 60 m2, most with sea view balcony), clean and comfortable (air conditioning, free wifi, LCD TV 20-42 "). Breakfast good and varied. Restaurant with good dishes (sometimes a bit slow service). Staff friendly. Good value for money.

3. Foresteria Illicini

Orientation review: It is not a classic village, but a structure "widespread" in the woods, almost in the wilderness (not many changes from the man), overlooking the sea and the sea, with accommodation, small pool children, beach and restaurant (simple and not big choice of dishes) in various locations. The rooms are comfortable (LCD TV 18 ", air conditioning), clean, with a panoramic veranda and immersed in the natural sounds of the sea and cicadas. Breakfast basic. Orientation review: Nice and quiet, a small villa surrounded by nature, with stunning views over the bay of Maratea. Impeccable cleanliness and availability and kindness on the part of managers. Excellent and hearty breakfast, served on the terrace overlooking the sea. clean and well furnished rooms. A steep staircase, you can reach the beautiful beach of Porticello in minutes.

Orientation review: Very cozy with lovely terrace overlooking the sea. therefore well-appointed and very clean rooms with attention to detail, with TV and air conditioning. Owners (Sonia and Biagio) kind and friendly. Good breakfasts, cakes and handicrafts. Access to the beach through a small path in 5 minutes walk.

Orientation review: It located in very quiet area, with garden. rooms with independent access, spacious, bright, clean, comfortable (comfortable bed), equipped (air conditioning and mini-fridge) and furnished with nice traditional furniture. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Owner (Italo) polite and friendly. Wifi connection.

7. Maratea Garden House

Orientation review: A few minutes walk from the beach (about 600 meters - 10 minutes), beautiful sea view. The bed and breakfast is well kept, clean and surrounded by a nice garden. The rooms are tastefully finished and furnished (free wifi, air conditioning, 24-32 "LCD TV), spacious and clean. Comfortable and functional bathrooms (with shower or Jacuzzi). Breakfast is plentiful and with many handcrafted and typical products. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful.

8. Hotel Spa Villa Del Mare

Orientation review: In beautiful location with great views over the sea (private beach with restaurant, which is accessed by lift or stairs). The property is a little dated and would need maintenance, but the beautiful location makes it almost negligible defects. generally comfortable. Good breakfast served in the summertime on the terrace overlooking the sea. The Spa is well equipped and well maintained pool. Staff helpful and polite.

9. Dimora Del Cardinale

Orientation review: In the historical center of Maratea, with breathtaking sea view. Parking a bit far away. characteristic steps (but a bit inconvenient) to access to the reception. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel would need a renovation, however the rooms are moderately comfortable and some with balcony. The restaurant is fine. normal breakfast.

Orientation review: The hotel is about 700 meters from the beautiful Fiumicello beach (10 minutes walk). Indoor parking (for a fee, or free on the street) and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with solarium. The rooms are large, comfortable (king size bed, 24-32 inch LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, free wifi) and clean (many with beautiful sea views). The breakfast is plentiful, varied and of good quality, even with artisan products and in summer served by the pool. Staff courteous and helpful.
