Cozy, clean rooms (very comfortable beds and pillows), with pleasant furnishings in natural wood, many with balconies overlooking the mountains. Large common areas, with soft lighting (the hotel is eco-labeled). The dishes in the restaurant are of a good standard, even with organic products and homemade desserts. Same goes for breakfast. Cozy small but efficient wellness area. Very nice and professional staff.
